| What inspires the artist? As a Blackpool Artist living in a seaside resort, I was inspired by the famous tower and woolworths clock, I liked the tall structures and unusual shapes which I took photographs of from many angles, it took me about six months to paint the structure to an acceptable level, the bright colours seemed to bring it to life, I like to paint anything which intersts me at the time, it could be as complex as a portrait or as simple as a shoe, whatever inspires me at the time!
